Alps General Contracting provides a range of services related to general contracting, including but not limited to:

• Industrial trading.
• Equipment Inspection.
• Employee training.
• Manpower supply.
• Equipment rentals.
• Engineering consultant.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or services at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Site, such as requesting quotes or scheduling consultations, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Payment Terms

By requesting services from Alps General Contracting, you agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for services rendered. Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit of 50% is due upon acceptance of the project estimate.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur a fee of 10% per month.

All payments must be made in SAR. We accept payment via  bank transfer.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations: You may cancel a project at any time prior to the start of work by providing written notice. A cancellation fee may apply.
• Refunds: Refunds are generally not issued once work has commenced. However, if there is a dispute regarding the services provided, please contact us to discuss the issue.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide high-quality services, Alps General Contracting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or services. We also do not assume responsibility for any delays, errors, or issues arising from third-party services or products.

You acknowledge that construction projects inherently involve risks, including but not limited to accidents, delays, or property damage. You are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance coverage for your property and the work being performed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, designs, text, and images, are owned by Alps General Contracting or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our explicit permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site and any related services.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit the matter to mediation or arbitration, depending on the nature of the issue. The mediation or arbitration will take place in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

11. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Saudi Arabia.

12. Changes to Terms

Alps General Contracting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. By continuing to use the Site after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
